hi all can you help me please ,
i have a report that shows many rows, on each row is a column showing the name of the person who signed it , and a column showing the persons signature (a png photo) , this can be signed by more then one person so i want to look at the row with the name of the person who signed it and show the correct photo for that person , any help please ?

if there can be many signatories, then it is best to use a subform for the signature (png).
use Master/Child field links to your subform to the main form.

subforms do not correctly paginate on reports and so should never be used for reports. Create a subreport instead.
