reports/query wizard (1 Viewer)

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Access 2000 without successs. The report/query wizard do not work. I do not know what the problem is, and we are going crazy because it is so much easier to use the wizard than to create it from scratch.

Any suggestions????
