Hello ,
Well this thing is common in all over the world, i think why people not specifies there salary when they are applying,bcz there might be a sort of ambiguity arais in one's mind that if i specified the salary the employer who is going to hire get surprised if he of she mention more salary and the employer drop him of if he or she mention less salary, the thing comes to employer mind is that OOo so much less salary he is not a qualified one , that is why people afraid to mention there salaries
