I've given you history lessons for months and you answers so off base. Like how a Republican brought the Robber Barons, you defended them When the government broke apart AT&T you made some lame comment.
You can no longer allow yourself any doubt about your beliefs, you can afford to, your too entrenched.
I will find an economic observation about something I know will set you off and I challenge you to have a real debate with research, and interpolations from reputable sources. You wont do it, your demons are not going to allow you to ponder even. the possibility of an epiphany.
You're a likable guy, and look don't change on my behalf, but if we are going to have any semblance of a middle class some of you are going to tell your betters, we've had enough.

Then of course there are the idiot Democrats and media coming to the defense of the faux "Maryland dad" (Kilmar Abrego Garcia) who is actually an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who has committed crimes in the US. He is now back in his home country, where he belongs.

So you toss out ridiculous speculative hypotheticals but ignore Democrats creating Orwellian misdirection to avoid the criminal behavior of illegal immigrants. How many 2 year old non-citizens died at the hands of human traffickers bringing them into the US illegally? Biden is guilty of human trafficking and child abuse by not enforcing laws. Trump Derangement Syndrome has distorted your perception of reality.

you really can't frame any opinion without referencing something you despise about Biden. you, Angel, Pat, Nautical, y'all all seem to have that in common. It's like a drunk in denial. "I'm not an alcoholic, ol' Bill, now Bill's a real alcoholic".

It has spawned copycats and of course the Dems are right on top of the situation insisting that these people be brought back and given "due process". I'm not sure how many hundreds of years it was but someone calculated the time it would take to do "due process" in the eyes of the Dems. Their ENTIRE goal is to keep as many illegal aliens in the country as possible and as soon as they regain control of Congress, they will start passing bills to solidify the status of the illegals and make them eligible to vote. You KNOW how the POS's in Congress work. These baby steps will be embedded in funding bills that "must be passed or the country will shut down". Don't carry their water for them. Believe that the Trump people are not evil but are trying to execute basic common sense law. Maybe someone doesn't actually belong on the "first out" list but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be deported sooner rather than later. If you are in the country illegally, you don't get to stay. Period. I don't care if you think you qualify for asylum. In fact, my heart has been hardening over the past few years. I would reject any asylum claim from any person in the country illegally on principal. You don't get to break our laws and then ask us to take you in and support you for a minimum of 5 years. Period. Go back to Mexico and apply from there. Apply to Mexico for God's sake. See how far that gets you:( This Trump program was working pretty well but Biden cancelled it.

Trump is using this first tranche of deportations to help to convince others to self-deport and not be barred permanently from coming here. That is the best possible result for all involved. I think he's even offered to pay their travel home.

I'm guessing that when he cleans out the criminals and known gang members, the next step will be anyone who is taking US money in benefits at the expense of actual citizens in need. These people are downright thieves. They are not like former groups of immigrants who wanted to be American and wanted to assimilate. These people have no intention of assimilating and they certainly don't bother to learn the language. They are perfectly OK with becoming actual criminals and taking whatever they can from American citizen and legal resident tax payers.

I'm pretty sure that the parents have a choice. They can leave the children with relatives or they can put them up for adoption. We don't allow criminals to take their children to prison with them and we don't commute their sentences when they have children. Worst case, the children end up in foster care and I would never want that to happen to a child of mine. Nice try moke. You can't guilt me with this. The parents made a choice to be criminals. They are not being separated from their children, they can take their children home to the parent's country.

So, please clarify your point - Are you saying that if the parents are criminals and subject to deportation but have an anchor baby, we shouldn't be able to deport the parents because that is sure what it sound like. Please clarify for us. Explain in small words how we should not prosecute some crimes because the criminals are "nice" people with children.

Children are ALWAYS victims when their parents commit crimes. I'm not sure how to resolve that problem in a way that is fair to the non-criminals among us.

Any crime we do not have the will to enforce MUST be removed from the books. THAT is the only fair solution and I'm pretty sure that the average American citizen is not on board with having an open border so the immigration laws are not likely to be discarded any time soon.

Personally, I'm OK with an open border but for the border to be open, we need to completely close down the welfare state. NO foreign national should be "entitled" to anything beyond emergency care in a hospital. No housing, no schooling for the children, no food stamps, no Medicaid, no work permit, etc, etc, etc,.

Trump needs to use this Clinton provision to expedite deportations.

"Under Section 235(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), immigration officers are explicitly authorized to order the expedited removal of individuals who are inadmissible because they either (1) lack valid entry documents, or (2) have committed fraud or misrepresentation in seeking admission."

The statute states:

“If an immigration officer determines that an alien... is inadmissible... because the alien has no valid entry document or has committed fraud or misrepresentation, the officer shall order the alien removed from the United States without further hearing or review.”
(INA § 235(b)(1)(A)(i))
 
@AccessBlaster - seems pretty clear-cut to me. "Without further hearing or review" sounds pretty much like "too late for due process."

Isaac, Mr. Abrego-Garcia was NOT over-detained. If anything, he was UNDER-detained. The leftist media are still obfuscating even though more of the facts are out.

For starters, he was here illegally. In order to seek asylum he HAD to claim membership in a rival gang, which he did - MS-13 was his gang, and his asylum claim is that another street gang would have killed him. He admitted it on his asylum request. As it turns out, his rival gang got wiped out by his home nation's government. By the way, his home government was El Salvador but his rivals were listed as being in Guatemala.

All of this moaning and groaning about "due process" is ANOTHER joke. His "due process" was a hearing (which resulted in a deportation order) and an appeal (which resulted in upholding the deportation order.) The "illegal deportation" was actually a clerical error, but even THAT dissolved once MS-13 was declared a gang of international terrorists. At that point, the order holding him here lost any legal basis it might have had.

He was also under civil restraining orders because he was a wife-beater. (Two such orders!) When he was originally arrested as an illegal, he appeared to be participating in human trafficking because of the young women in his overloaded vehicle. For you to lose sleep over this "innocent" piece of human trash is a waste of good anxiety.

I certainly don't want you to lose your humanity, but I don't think you should lose any sleep at all over Mr. Abrego-Garcia.

The reason I don't debate you is because you have already shown signs of irrational levels of belief and I don't care to waste my time arguing with a brick wall. I wish no one any ill will but I guarantee you I have better things to do with my time.


To my way of thinking, you have misidentified the origin of the idea of dis-empowering the middle-class citizens.
