Had person in Aberdeen ask me how to do something, so I sent a screen shot back with a big arrow pointing to the link (this just happened to be a web page) on the web page. One of those should have seen it, but didn't look kind of things. They sent me back this response.
nil points to me for observation!
And was just wondering the meaning of the statement.

I think he was just saying that he should have seen it and that his observation was poor, ie worth nil points.

Looks to me that he felt he helped you out and got nothing in return.
Hope it's not one of your clients !

What is meant is 100% as Brian has said

It is indeed probably inspired by Eurovision.

I thought the appropriate Euro expression was "zero " points ? :(

I know, but Fofa mentioned Aberdeen which as far as I'm aware is in
S(c)otland. So do they speak English over there ?

I don't know if this helps - but many of the present UK government is Scottish. They talk shite!?

Sometimes I have no idea what a Scots person is on about, their accent is so strong. Same as Newcastle, Yorkshire, Birmingham. . . . . . . basically anything north of the M4 corridor really;)
