Hello everyone, I have a thermal printer with paper size 80(73.2) x 297mm but each page of the report cuts into four different sections even in print preview. Please how can I show the full page of a report on this paper size?
My apologies if this has been answered before.

Hi. What does your report's Page Setup settings look like?

Margins - Top: 0.25, Bottom: 0.25, Left: 0.25, Right: 0.25
Orientation - Portrait
Paper - Size: 80(72.1) x 297mm, source: Automatically select
Number of columns: 1
Row spacing: 0"
Width: 8"
Height: 0.25"!

I'm in doubt if this what you actually asked
Thanks so much

No, that's correct! Now, what does your report design look like? How wide/tall is it in design view?

Width: 8
height: 5.5

I appreciate
If that's in inches, how much is it in mm, and would it fit within your paper size minus the margins? If not, try reducing its size little by little until it fits in one page.

Minus margin
Now width: 190.5mm
height: 127mm

I had reduced the width of the report once upon a time to 3.5inch(88.9mm) but it makes no difference in print preview even when printed. It proportional divides the page into four.

Thank you

Okay, at thy word, I will do reduce it and observe the changes.
Thanks a bunch

Hi. Good luck. Do you only have this problem with this one specific printer? All other printers are fine? Do you have the latest printer driver installed?
