Bash Ken thread

Are you sure that you don't mean BELOW his class:confused:,

No.

I appreciate it is difficult for some Americans to understand because there is no class in the USA (like Australia in a way).

Remember Ken has his level at redneck republican voter level, he has to kill his own food because civilisation is a little scant in the South, so communication other than name calling and empty promises is bound to be difficult for him. . . . . just read his posts. Doesn't that say enough?

Col

he has to kill his own food because civilisation is a little scant in the South,

I don't know, I caught a glimpse of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares last night, if I lived in NY State I'd be killing my own food too, much more hygienic than eating in any of the restaurants :D

Ken, if people have got nothing better to do than bash somebody else then they are the losers, knowing Colin and Rich, even if only from the forum, I think that they are taking the mickey.

I'm sure Ken knows that :D He also has a good sense of humour and will see this thread as nothing more than good fun.

All they eat is burgers and french fries anyway:rolleyes:

Well Ken and I do not see eye to eye on a lot of issues, however I do not think a Bash Ken thread is such a good idea. When the chips are down Ken is a good person.
In fact on another thread when someone posted that he was not fit to feed with pigs I jumped to his defense and posted that he indeed was...:)

I'm not sure if any of the Americans posting here have any sense of humour at all.

Col
I think you are being a little harsh here. You surely would not expect foreigners to have a British sense of humour would you.

That should be in the 'best joke' thread - that's a good one Fifty.

No, I suppose not. British humour is just beyond some people - subtle is not an American strongpoint.

Oh, and Rabbie, you needed a question mark after your post.

You are correct of course but quite simply I knew it would provoke a reaction from you and as it was a Bank Holiday I thought I would give my question mark key the day off.

Now who was it who said that petty pedantry was the sure mark of a small mind?

What he said it, or it was said about him?

Brian

Actually it was neither one. A lot of people have said that different things were the sure mark of a small mind, but no one has said that about petty pedantry, not even George Bush (for or about). I was wondering how long it would take someone who has a ONE TRACK Mind to Drag George Bush into this thread.

I don't really see the need for a "bash Ken" thread.

Just reading his posts show how difficult it is for him to communicate at a level above his class. Thus, he does a reasonable job himself.

Col

"Just reading his posts shows how difficult it is for him to communicate at a level above his class." The line after doesn't even make sense.

The top quote is my favorite because it sounds like something Bush would say. Did you get your English lessions from him? Your word choice alone contradicts (or personifies) the very subject matter you aim to target Ken with. Perhaps you were actually referring to yourself?

Read it again then. I realise it's subtle but you'll get it in the end, if not I suppose I'll have to explain it for you.

I use the correct spelling of civilisation - not the Yankee bastardisation of the English language.

When someone who can spell simple words like "favourite" and "lesson" correctly, perhaps maybe, I'll pay attention a little more, but now I'm bored with your feeble attempt at verbal sparring so I'll log in again tomorrow and see if there is any more stimulating conversation then.

You are right, it is a special sense of humour.

Any country (as small as England) that could give away the two pieces of dirt called Australia and America has to have a special sense of humour:D

You blokes fucked up big time on those deals:D
