Chancing Position of Chart Properties (1 Viewer)

Hello Friends,
As you can see at picture, in my report i want to crate a chart and i want to chance the position of my Properties... It shall come firstly "Perfect" then "Good" and at last "Terrible"

how can i do that... im triyng around 2 or 3 hours but did not find any solution
