If only, coming down is hard on the old joints:)

It was on a training execise which nearly turned into a real exercise as its downdraught blew a climber off his hold, he was saved by his ropes but crashed into the rock face and sprained his wrist, resulting in him needing to be helped down by his companions.
I only know this as he is a work colleague of my walking buddy.

You should be able to upload the image to a free image hosting site like this one:

http://www.freeimagehosting.net/

After it uploads, copy the url and then do the 'Insert Image' thing on the toolbar...

still no good, but I can use that url to pick it up in WORD so does the Forum not like freeimagehosting or did I do something wrong at that end? Do I need to register?

Mmm. It doesn't appear that the remote server is currently cooperating... Too bad -- I enjoyed the pics and would have been happy to see more (from the Pennine, Cleveland, or any old Way).
