Hey, anyone else having issues getting to Chip Pearson's site? I'm getting nothing but 404 errors from it all of a sudden.

Oh no. What a disaster. And his poor parents to have now lost all three of their children.

I learnt so much from Chip's wonderfully laid out, straightforward explanations and examples. Someone definitely needs to host the incredible resource he built.
