Hello all, needing some help. Trying to figure out how to get all the information typed out in a form on a report with a digital signature in place at the bottom. This digital signature is linked by our CAC Cards. I know there's a way to do it in adobe signing signatures. What would be the easiest way to do this? Is it possible to export a single form or report as a pdf with a signature line already at the bottom. Kind of like a template? Not sure if this makes sense. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem over here and have found some things:

-- forums.adobe.co

(So I can't post links yet (post count < 10) so have to do it like this.)

So I now can add a sign field to an existing pdf using VBA. The next problem I faced was to put it on the correct place and that place is always different, depending on how long the document is etc. Haven't tackled that one yet.

Access allows you to export reports to pdf. PDFs allow you to place signatures anywhere. Just use the Fill & Sign toolbar and click on Place Signature. If you don't see that, you may be using on old version of adobe reader.

I'm pretty sure the link MarkE posted uses a reference to Acrobat. Acrobat is very expensive software most computers don't have installed.

According to this link, what you are trying to do cannot be done.
