I'm an Access novice at best....I've got a question that perhaps you guys can help me with....

Is there a way I can have certain text print a different color in a report....for example. I have a report that prints out a list of people who have responded to a mailing...the person that uses this database wants the list to print both people that responded and people that didn't respond...That's easy....but she has requested to have the "non-respondents" print in RED on the report....How is this done...?...

Thank you in advance for your assistance with this request....it's appreciated.. :)

Steve.

Search the forum on 'Conditional Formatting'. That should be a good start!

Man....there is sooooo much when searching "conditional formatting".....not too mention the various scenarios that are depicted in the 18 pages of threads that came up....

Any insight as to how to do this....?...

Go to the detail part of the report then do Format->Conditional Formatting. Then you can just play around with it to get the hang :)
