To date Bob Larson has been more than a tremendous help as I try to engage my dummy brain into MS Access mode!!!
I have a problem opening a Form - something somewhere relating to a parameter or expr is causing an issue.
In addition, I have a further issue relating to referencing information from one to another when a certain value is added.
Please see the attached and initially the ReadMe document.
There is nothing sensitive or identifiable with this copy of the database - although very medical orientated.
