A client had recently built a list of names in a temporary table for printing mail labels. There were about 2,000 labels to print. The labels were printing fine until about 3/4 (Page 46 of 56) of the way through the list. The following message printed on the label sheet and then no more labels printed:
ERROR: MemoryFull
OFFENDING COMMAND: xshow
STACK:
[51 54 43 46 58 46 22 48 58 51 46 50 0 ]
My client tried to reprint the labels from the page where the problem occurred but the report started over at the beginning. I had them Compact and Repair the application before attempting to continue with the printing and the label printing was fine.
What caused this error to occur and can it be trapped in the future?
Thanks in advance for any help.
