Question Show All My Posts

How can I see all my posts only? One of you all respected experts had helped me with breaking text in a field into words. I need to see my posts to find that.

Click on Quick Links, and in the drop down, click Subscribed threads. Alternatively, you can click on Search, Advanced Search, and type your username in the form.

Alternately click on your profile, select the Statistics tab, and follow the link that says "Find all posts by Dhamdard"

That will only show threads that you have "Subscribed to"

I'm aware, but why wouldn't one subscribe to their own threads?

We are automatically subscribed to threads where we have contibuted but it is possilbe to unsubscribe.

The problem with the Find all Posts link is that every post is listed producing many more links than threads. Ideally we would also have a choice of "Find all threads where X posted". It would basically be a Group By Thread on the Find All Posts query.

I don't believe this is correct, as I've just check my subscribed threads and I only have eight and they are all threads that I have subscribed to for one reason or another, and not necessarily posted to.

Different for me. Every thread I have posted on is in the list. Probably a difference in our user CP setup. I thought subscription was necessary to get the automatic email notification.

When I get the email notification it includes:

"Unsubscription information:
To unsubscribe from this thread, please visit this page:"

Ah ha, yes there is an option to auto subscribe in the user CP, mine is set to "Do Not Subscribe", you must have yours set to "Subscribe with No Notification". That's not a setting I've ever looked at till now

An alternate method to find all of your posts is to click your name in the upper left courner of any post (next to your avatar) and select FIND ALL POSTS BY <namehere>.
