size form to fit to screen on form load (1 Viewer)

I have 4 users with various screen resolutions all using Access 2016.
Is there a neat bit of code that will check the resolution on load and re-size.
I have tried DoCmd.Maximize with no luck.
Any help would be great.

Maximize IS the command.
What does maximize do? Is the form not full screen?
