There seems to be an internal contradiction here. If you think the God in the Bible is true then you are no longer an agnostic. However the God of the Bible makes it clear He is the only God with unlimited power and certainly not a local branch manager.
Well He can be true but not as described in the Bible.
Take Noah's Ark. He could have got the end result with a click of the fingers. The counter is He wanted to make a clear point to us. But an powerful god would not need to something to make a point. Other things such as temptation would not be necessary for an all powerful.
We are supposedly made in His image. To me that would mean we would much further up the food chain if He was all powerful and all knowing or alternatively is lower on the food chain than all powerful. The general theme of the Bible is that we are like his pets. We are made in His image and as you know people choose animals further up the intellect ladder as pets. Sure, lots of people keep reptiles, use to do it myself, but they are not pets more items of interest.
Of course the argument against what I saying is that we can't apply our logic to the actions of an all powerful god.
Interestingly, God spelled backward is dog, a three letter word sporting a vowel sandwiched between two consonants. Speaking of a sandwich...a couple of my favorites are ham and SPAM, both of which are popular with people who program for a living and who may or may not faithfully support a tax on marijuana.
He thought there was, kinda odd that having used the site to gain MVP status he then decided to bugger off, I wonder if it's skeletons in the cupboard that could detract from the award?
