Poor girl (so to speak). She's just misunderstood. Possible compromise: Make Paris Hilton stay 45 days in Waukegan's Best Value Inn...

Now that would be just downright inhumane![]()
if she cooks and cleans
I would say that's highly doubtful. She probably doesn't even know what a sponge is, unless of course, it's a loofah.
OK, then, if she cooks and cleans . . .

And here I was thinking Rich was your sockpuppet. Silly me. My apologies.
I mean here is a thread about air head of a celeb doing what she dose best, make the papers, and it has to be dragged down by you two who insist on turning it into a metaphor for US foreign policy for the past 200 years.
I know thatcolin-
The judge was equally pissed off with this and sent her back
He's not in charge - never will be so it's easy to say thatAlso Guantanamo Colin Powell - has gone on record that if he was in charge - these camps would be closed -
True - but we're talking of the USA here and the Ms Hilton case. It'll be the same in the Phil Spector case too, as it was in the OJ case.Us Brits are just as guilty on not moving fast enough, and some of our judgements have been at best weak, and occasionaly flawed
which will be wrong of course. The reason we all laugh and poke fun at the USA is because the USA always seems to court this response and if a word is said against it, one automatically becomes anti-American. It's paranoia in the extreme.we will be labeled as arrogant anti-american ...
only the French - but they hate and despise us too - as they have done for around 900 yearsI do not hate, despise any nation,

BUNGLING BUSH CALLS POPE 'SIR'
By Stephen Hayward 10/06/2007
GAFFE-prone President George Bush embarrassed onlookers yesterday by continually calling the Pope "Sir".
Vatican aides cringed as he breached protocol during his audience with the pontiff, who is supposed to be addressed as "Your Holiness".
Mr Bush also failed to bow when he met Pope Benedict and told him as he shook his hand: "It's great to be here."
Later Bush had more trouble during his one-day visit to Rome when his limousine stalled and held up the motorcade.
Having restarted, the car then couldn't squeeze through the US Embassy gates forcing Bush to walk.
Riot police used tear gas on anti-US demonstrators as he met Italy's PM Romano Prodi.
as to Colin Powell probably never being in office - well yeah.. but if he was would your stance on US polictics change given his views and reputation (typo?)
