Intermediate level user from Nacogdoches, Texas. Was introduced to access when working for the City of Laredo and have found it to be very useful in virtually everything I have engaged in. I often find myself searching the web for new solutions to new challenges that arise when learning more in Access. I found this community and decided to register.

Currently involved in a project to track HR and payroll related information for a small company (about 200 employees). Adivice and constructive criticism is always welcome.
