Let me introduce myself. I'm a medically retired computer programmer. I worked on the IBM AS/400 back in the day before I retired. Medical problems forced me into retirement and I've forgotten most of the language and syntax from back then. As they say, old programmers don't die they just recode.
I've dabbled in Access off and on but was on an old version. I've recently ungraded to a more current version so I thought maybe I should brush up on some skills and see what I could do.
Besides computers, I wood carve and wood turn or just about anything involving wood. I've dabbled in photography and a few other creative hobbies along the way too.
I look forward to picking up a few things from the group and maybe even sharing a thing or two.

Hello, russing, and welcome to the forum. My earliest system in college was an IBM 1620 Mod II, which was an interesting machine in how much it could do if we were willing to let it do some segment swapping.
