Don't know anything about Mrs Pelosi, other than that her husband is Dutch,
but figure that Ségolène Royal will be much more of a social president candidate. But of course that's in France

So far, she seems competent enough.

Could've done without the whole "historic moment for the women of America" thing, though. Being the first female Speaker is a historic moment for Americans as a whole, not just women...makes me a little leary.

She may do a good job or follow through with typical California polices which will be madness. California is anti govt, anti military, and should be called France part II.
