Report ignores data values over 1.0 in table

Help! I have weather database, which includes hourly rainfall data in a table. The report based on this table is supposed to sum the rainfall to get daily totals; then at the bottom of the page, the monthly total. It works fine except for the day when one of the hourly rainfall amounts was over 1.0 inches; the report omits that hour, instead kicking it onto a new page by itself. It's just this one record out of over 3500. How can I trouble-shoot this? Thanks.

It may have to do with any groupings you have set. Do you happen to have a grouping on the rainfall field? If so, it may put the amounts over 1 in a new group, and it may force that group to a new page.

Just a thought.

Boy, you guys are good! That was exactly the problem - my grouping interval was set to 1, so I just increased it to 10 (if it rains over 10 inches in an hour then we're in trouble!). I kept thinking it was a formatting problem with that field, and it was driving me nuts. Thank you very much from a newbie!
