We have 3 computers using Access 2003 linked to tables in a base computer. When a version is modified somewhere else and we install the replacement in our computers, we always have to click a little circle to allow the program to function. We only have to do it the first time we use the program. Now, one of our computers forces us to do it every time we open the program. Is there something we can do to change this?. Any help much appreciated.

Hi. Just to clarify, all your computers are using Access 2003 or newer?

If you have IT support, they can distribute automatically the keys you need for each user to define the trusted location so Access will shut up already:) If you have to do it yourself, it is a one-time event for each computer but the computer MUST have a full version of Access installed so you can open up the back stage and get to the Trusted Locations dialog.
