I'm a mixed bag of much-forgotten information.
It's been almost 20 years since I've done anything transferable to Access/VBA. Concepts remain but implementation is wanting.
I programmed in VB3-6/VS. I'd characterize that work as (at least) advanced intermediate. I authored a robust 50KLOC utility that managed interactions between a national-level resource and state & local agencies.
I understand relational database concepts and SQL, having done extensive report writing against Oracle. (Did I mention 20 years ago?)
I have minimal experience authoring or maintaining Access databases; I've written only fairly simple forms and reports.
My resurgent interest in Access is the result of trying to help several non-profits with their information needs.
Tally-ho!
