Well, I get that would hard to find true sense Jesus said, "I did not come to do away with the Law but to fulfill the Law." (may not be an exact quote cause I'm doing this by memory) What did change is before Christ, man trying to live by the Law and being found guilty by the Law, was how man had to live, which included having to go to the high priest and having him do sacrifices for the redeeming of sin. After Christ, grace was introduced and because He became the sacrifice for sin the no longer was animal sacrifices needed. There's more but I sure you would find it boring.

Perhaps there's a new version of the bible that includes America in some way - there are 9 towns called Bethlehem in the USA, and christ is a white man with blue eyes, so it all fits.

If that is the message that your getting from my statement then I am wording it wrong. I'm not peeved about, I just simply find odd. I'm curious as to where are we, why are we not helping. Logic tells me we can't help, so probably we are weakened for some reason or we just flat out turn our backs on them. Turning our backs doesn't make sense because the way the prophecy goes pretty much everyone in the world is fighting and you know us we would never miss out on a good fight. (See I do have a sense of humor)

Maybe I am, but I really don't have the high handed thinking of America that you and Rich seem to throw out that all Americans do and really while I'm at it, don't hear conversations that go that way with the people I hang out with.

I really don't why they should be singled out but they are. God has said they are His chosen people. As far as American wasn't bothered in WWII all I can do is tell ya if you say so, but since WWII America has been their ally.
