This is THE MOST dangerous statement you have made EVER.

Mrs Col gets to hear of this and you are dog meat...at best.

Not that I would tell of course but not everybody has such high principles as me

Us bikers always live on the edge;)

Rich -

Hope the bike is ok

Brian -

Hope you wern't hurt. I was waiting at a roundabout on by motorbike and was rear ended recently by a woman driver  £1400 damage to bike

Hi Col

Sorry about your bike, is that when your ankle was damaged?

Mine was a sub 10mph shunt, nobody hurt but rear bumper demolished, I think thats the only damage, hope so don't want the car written off as its market value is nix, 1997 Rover 414, but only 24000 miles, what with bus passes, restaurants and shops locally it only comes out occasionally, I have to charge the battery a couple of times each winter, like your other half if my memory serves me right.

I meant her car not herself:D

Much taken?

Brian
Not really, it's not really what they take but the pi..ing damage they do.
I now face the prospect of a 70mile round trip just to get a replacement locking system, that's if they've got one.
Trouble is I've had so much nicked over the years I now feel like Tony Martin:mad:

Hang on Rich in a minute you will say that you are going to get a gun
Ken will be willing to advise, no doubt with a huge smirk on his face ;)

Just the calf mainly, I have a thrombosis there now, plus I had a bit of whiplash:eek: and a shoulder tweak and a lower back tweak. I got away lightly unlike the 20 odd bikers killed in Essex last year.

'er indoors doesn't drive now. But I trickle charge the car, its ok at the mo, the car lives outside as the bike has the garage, last night it was -5c. A bit brisk riding to work this morning.

What happened to the scoot ?

What's a jail, do you mean a hotel, with the menu written by the court of human rights ?

No a jail is a resthouse where nickers can sell/buy their stuff that they
stole from honorable people like yourself. Never heard of any such resthouse near East of Eden. :o

I have a Suzuki Burgman 400cc scoot. Sold the white Honda on ebay last week.

Just force of habit saying "bike"

I may get a Pan European later in the year, don't know yet. You can get ex police ones for about 3 grand

That's when our glorious legal system decides to send them to one of our resthomes

I've just realised that if I'd had a wife I might have been sleeping in the garage last night, bugger, I can see there's some merit here I may have previously overlooked.

Well yes but then my thinking is that now they've gotten equal rights, maybe given light of that the sleeping arrangements should be altered
