Does the UK use TirTip roast for BBQ?
lol....well, he DID mean to say "TriTip" - bottom tip of sirloin. Good grub no matter how you spell it....Never heard of that cut before. Perhaps it has a different name over here.
That particular TriTip was was slow-roasted in a smoker for an hour and a half over applewood.

Truth be told I am a little intimidated by the brisket, a lot of cash on the line if it goes south.We should have a brisket competition...although it would be unfair to everyone else.
