I had my first ever flu jab last Friday, and then a Covid booster on Monday. Felt below par for the last 6 days and my arm was 5x more sore from the booster than in the previous 2 Covid jabs.
Do any of you guys feel a little rough or listless after a flu jab?
When 100% of the world population has been vaccinated. The portion of the public that refuses to be vaccinated will be scapegoated as the reason why it never ended, conveniently.Any predictions when the pandemic will be over?
Mine were 3 days apart and I felt a little off-colour for about 6 days in total. I reckon I was ok again about 3 days after my booster.
Any predictions when the pandemic will be over? Getting a bit fed up with it all now!
Depends on who is telling the storyWhen will that lose its strength, or will it gain in strength?
Good observation.Depends on who is telling the story

I have always tried to shop at Mom and Pop places but now I go out of my way to patronize them - even if I end up paying more.
That assumes that you even get to watching something.A good example is cable TV, the more channels we have the fewer choices we perceive. In fact, you might watch reruns of old programs instead of the 100s of new programs at your fingertips.
Your post raises an economic question, that I'll explore one of these days. Basically, one of the theories of capitalism is people will buy a product that is perceived to be the cheapest for the value. Consequently "bad" products should eventually "fail" as in no longer being available.Having too many choices leads to confusion. It's much better if you can grocery shop, bank, get your eyes checked and new tires all in one place, it reducesfreedomconfusion. It makes your life more convenient.![]()
I end up spending more time trying to find what to watch than actually watching the thing!A good example is cable TV, the more channels we have the fewer choices we perceive. In fact, you might watch reruns of old programs instead of the 100s of new programs at your fingertips.
